In this article, we will discuss the importance of sleep hygiene for mental health, and how good sleep habits can improve our overall well-being.
Better Mood and Reduced Stress: Sleep hygiene is critical for good mental health, as poor sleep is linked to a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and stress. When we don’t get enough sleep, our moods can suffer, and we can become irritable, anxious, and easily stressed. On the other hand, good sleep hygiene practices, like creating a relaxing sleep environment, avoiding screens before bedtime, and sticking to a consistent sleep schedule, can improve our moods and reduce stress levels.
