The course provides students with an advanced understanding of the concepts, theories, and techniques of managing change in an organization by critically assessing the theories of organizational culture and the psychological contract. The course will analyze the principles of organizational development, and discuss the concepts of the learning organization and Knowledge Management within the context of organizational change.
