- Describe the difference between chronological and biological age, and the implications of these two factors across the life span; and
- Identify exercises that are contraindicated for particular stages of growth, maturation and development across the lifespan, and have knowledge of the injuries or conditions that commonly present during certain stages of growth and development.
Formatting: The assignment should be double spaced. Use Times New Roman font size 12, and page margins of 2.5 cm.
Page limit: Total maximum number of pages for this assignment is 8 pages (excluding references) comprising: • Part A: 1.5-2 pages • Part B: 2-3 pages • Part C: 2-3 pages The usual practice of 10% over or under the stated page limit will apply.
