“No amount of advertising, no clever marketing campaign, at any price, could have produced or created this much goodwill. It’s a better business model.”
(Ray Anderson, former CEO of Interface)
Instructions:
As discussed in class in Week 4, the business case for sustainability has been well documented in both theory and in practice. From attracting and retaining top talent to improving operational efficiency, an increasing number of local-global organizations are defining business strategy through a lens of sustainability to realize the many business benefits.
The goal of this assignment is to prepare you, an aspiring global business manager, with the knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively communicate the business case for sustainability.
Read all questions before you begin working on the questions. The questions are related (dependent) on each other and before beginning answering any one question, it is good to know what the entire assignment requires.
Be sure to include proper citations/references according to the APA reference style. Should you have any questions regarding how to reference works properly, please visit the Learning Commons, the Library and/or access APA @ Conestoga. Failure to reference “borrowed” materials properly will result in a grade of 0 and, depending on the severity of the plagiarism, an academic warning or offence.
