The Pharmaceuticals Division is a division in the company that is responsible for the marketing and production of ethical and OTC medications. The pharmaceuticals division is the one that focus on strategies that can help take the company to higher levels. They are responsible creating new products and that will help sustain the growth.
The management of Allstar Brand of Pharmaceuticals Division consists of several of market related groups. OCM is one of the groups which handle the marketing activities for All-round brand and any line extensions or new product introductions that might fall under the same category. The Pharmaceutical Division will have to come up with strategies that will help the company to survive.
The constant success of the brand in terms of profitability and sales has made it a critical component of the Pharmaceuticals Division’s long-term strategic plan. The division anticipates that the brand’s cash flow in the coming years will allow the company to pursue new opportunities in emerging markets.
