Have extended explanations on variables, need expert to review to see if the info sufficient. Section 5: Need to improve the hypotheses:
a) H0 is no relationship and HA is strong relationship, so what about weak relationship?
b) Make sure both hypotheses cover all options.
c) Do not jump into survey design with firstly explaining and justifying the overall method: quantitative for this and qualitative (case) for that.
d) What the mixed approach aims to accomplish (how these 2 methods complement each other for your purpose).

The research model been revised to extend variable. Need rework the hypotheses completely covering the concern from professor.
