• Explain the purpose and goals of the organisation and how well these are expressed to both customers and employees.
• First explain the mission (why your organization exists), vision (where it wants to be) and values (how the organization works) of your organization

A.C 2.1
• Explain the predominant structure of the organization, and make sure you link your current organization structure to one of the types described in class, (Line and staff, matrix, divisional, decentralized etc)
• You may insert a diagram of full or part of your current organization structure to support your point.
• please explain why this structure works well and why it was chosen in the first place.
• Then, give details about the different key departments briefly and how they work and relate back to the earlier description of goals, products, services and customers if possible.

• Explain in a mini paragraph how 4 functions work together to optimize organisation performance e.g. efficiencies and delivering the products and services already described.
• Explain the value chain of how functions come together to deliver what’s required for customers.
