Description/Paper Instructions
UCLA103 Ethical Dilemma in Leadership Paper
In your papers, you are asked to serve (role play) as the person who is in leadership or in a consultant role for an actual public or nonprofit organization.
It is strongly suggested that your selected organization (or perhaps a division or branch of that organization) employ between five and 300 employees. Your focus throughout will be on (a) the decision making required for an ethical dilemma you identify, and (b) social justice implications of that decision.
This week, you submit Paper 1 in which you introduce the organization, identify the ethical dilemma, and discuss the philosophical approach that you believe provides the best foundation for addressing that ethical issue.
