Executive Summary
Dubai is one of the top ten largest cities in the United Arabs Emirates. It harbors a great number of the top class population. Among these are the managers, engineers, IT engineers, teachers, accountants, bankers, and the high-class district. Because of the workplace demands these people are more and more busy each day. Their weekly schedules are so packed that they have no much time for their children back at home. However, these people have greater need to offer their children the best environment in which they can learn. They are more concerned about preparing their kids to access information and knowledge.
