It is a 4-box matrix. I am interested in your ideas not how pretty it looks. There are four boxes- you need to have at least six bullet points in each box. You can always import the box from one of the many images found on the internet.

Prepare your SWOT analysis in this format (1-2 pages, bulleted or similar format). The format is a simple 4 box matrix. I’ve included a sample here for your review. Do not get caught up in trying to gain extra points by making it colorful or any more than what it is. There are different versions of this, but it is just a four box matrix. It is the information you put into the box that matters, not how colorful it looks.
I have attached an article SWOT Analysis that can help you begin and try and fill in the boxes. I’m going to assume that you all have visited one in the past and ordered something from Subway. They opened in 1965 and have the more stores than McDonalds. You should have a minimum of 6 points per box.
