Parasomnias: Abnormal behaviors that occur during sleep, such as sleepwalking or night terrors
Risk factors for sleep disorders include stress, depression and anxiety, certain medications, and certain
medical conditions.
Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder and it can be caused by a variety of factors, such as stress,
anxiety, depression, and certain medications. Insomnia can lead to a variety of physical and mental
health problems, including fatigue, irritability, and a decreased ability to concentrate.
Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder characterized by interrupted breathing during sleep. It can cause

Restless legs syndrome is a disorder characterized by an uncomfortable sensation in the legs that makes

Narcolepsy is a disorder characterized by excessive daytime sleepiness and sudden sleep attacks. It can

avoiding triggers, such as certain medications or alcohol. Medications, such as antidepressants, may also
be used.
