As a result, you’ll interview agency personnel and do research into related academic sources and government websites. Write a 56 page paper that includes the following:
Analyze 23 recent events over the last two years, emphasizing administrative accountability and ethical consequences for stakeholders, organizations, and the general public about the issues raised in the current occurrences. This section should be called Administrative Ethics. To get current events news, go to The Center for Public Integrity, choose a topic, and read the most recent news articles about it.
Examine this agency’s leadership in light of leadership models and the political context in which it operates, identifying at least three ways in which internal agency leaders and political leaders have influenced the agency’s success or failure. This section should be called Leadership Influences.
Examine the agency’s authority in enforcing the regulations it is tasked with regulating. You can learn more about these by visiting the United States Government Publishing Office, typing your desired agency’s name into the search engine, and looking at the agency’s most recent judgments. Discuss two to three obstacles to enforcing the agency’s rules. This section should be called Legal Decisions.
Analyze 34 administrative ethics, leadership, and legal strategies for the agency’s future goals to improve the agency’s operation and services to its core recipients. This section should be called Administrative Processes Strategies.
Recommend two solutions based on models that impact public policy and the 34 techniques described in the previous criterion that will provide immediate benefit, along with an explanation for each recommendation. This section should be called Recommendations for Administrative Process Improvements.
