The goal of this task is to begin drawing up an internal business proposal that details how you might address the problem you have identified within your organisation. PSC495 Internal business proposal.
There are several elements to this task, and each part was defined and briefly described in the Topic Materials paper on the Business Proposal Project Summary. The paper should be used as a guide to help you build essential aspects of the proposal. For each section of the business proposal, word count requirements are supplied. For this task, you will complete the purpose statement, problem reporting, data and research findings, the proposed solution, stakeholder analysis and benefits and the Business Proposing implementation methods parts. Much of this content was developed in the following topic 1-4 assignments.
Purpose Statement (100-250 words) clearly explains why the business proposal is presented.
Problem statement (updated as required under Theme 1 input) providing particular data (statistics and figures) linked to how the problem affects the company. This section should include the graph/diagram/data you collected in Part 1 of the Theme 2 assignment.
Data and Research Findings (250-500 words) should include a summary of what you discovered from research on the problems of the company. The chart/data that you obtained in Part 2 of the Topic 2 assignment should be included in this section of the proposal.
The proposed remedy (250-500 words) should include an overview of the three major problems you considered. This section should include, in addition to the chart/data you collected in Part 3 of Theme 2, the advantages and downsides to the implementation of each of the top three alternatives to address the problem.
Stakeholder Analysis and Benefits (500 words, as required from the Feedback on Theme 3) Implementation Methods (250-500 words) explain particular strategies used to implement the solution of the problem, including implementation time and costs.
Specific facts must be included in the entire business presentation. Include statistics supporting the problem statement, can be used to identify and track objectives, to tie to implementation specifications, time frame and costs, and to highlight stakeholder benefits. Please note that the proposal is an internal document that stakeholders in the organization will read where the problem arises. Concentrate on this audience while you are writing.
