Introduction
In this assignment, you will create an influencer map for your client to implement, as well as identify and explain at least 10 influencers to include in your outreach.
You’ll then write a sample pitch for reaching out to influencers, as well as discuss and identify any required disclosures for influencers and the client. Finally, you’ll include the key components of an influencer contract, which influencers must sign before joining your team.
The sections listed below should be included in your paper. To research your influencers and draft your paper, use the bullet points as a guide. Also, pay attention to the grading rubric for your paper and make sure your paper contains all of the elements listed in the rubric.
Directions
The sections below should be included in your Influencer Map paper. The paper should be no more than four pages long in total. To write your paper, follow the steps below:
1. Engagement with Influencers Goals
Detail the following in this section:
What is the relationship between influencer engagement and your client’s communication objectives? What would your program’s overall goal be if you included influencer engagement?
When it comes to influencer engagement, what kind of results is the client looking for? What would constitute a win for the company? You don’t need to go into detail about specific measurable goals; simply listing general outcomes, such as “increased mentions by A-list influencers,” “higher rankings on Search Engine Results Pages,” and so on, will suffice.
2. Research and Identification of InfluencersDescribe how you went about finding, evaluating, and choosing influencers to work with as potential partners for your client. What keywords or keyword combinations did you use? Have you tried conversation mining?
Describe the criteria that were most important in identifying and selecting influencers. Why?
List at least 10 influencers who, based on your research, you believe could help the client.
3. Demonstration of an Influencer PitchGive an example of the email pitch you’ll use in your outreach. Make it brief and to-the-point, with a clear request. The length of your pitch should not exceed two paragraphs.
4. Matrix of Influencer Engagement
Fill out the following matrix for each of the influencers you’ve listed, based on your research and paper thus far. I’ve included a description for each column so you can see how to use it.
