Project Proposals Discussion Responses Assignment
Project, Proposals, Discussion, Responses
Now that our career portfolios are complete, we are moving on to our second of three major projects this semester. The Business Portfolio project will have you creating a fake business to practice developing a series of professional documents. This week, you will determine your business type, name, and mission statement.
For your initial post, provide a brief overview of your business, a tentative name, and a mission statement. Every major business and brand have a mission statement, so you might want to Google the missions of some of your favorite brands to get a good idea of how to best write one.
POST
Thanks, can you help me with 3 responses please and thanks? ” ASAP please “1- Grant Paradigm Productions is a consultation service focused on providing a fresh eyes perspective with regard to the perception of internal business culture, specific products and or services.
Our unique process involves our team members observing and conducting evaluations as entry and mid-level associates within your organization (think undercover boss with entry level associates).
This allows for a fresh and real perspective from within your business or team. Paradigm Productions is about empowering your leadership team to better understand associate perceptions and approaches from within the lower levels of your organization.
The provided perspective can be used to develop production goals and plans while focusing on identified retention and employee engagement opportunities. One of the most valuable parts of our consultation is that we help to identify undiscovered talent and emerging leaders within your organization.
At Paradigm Productions our goal is to provide your organization with a clear view of the perceptions your associates have with regard to your culture, products and services. We strive to partner with you to identify unique opportunities for improved productivity, employee retention, and employee engagement.
2- JacklinI want to introduce my business proposal which is based on a recipe handed down from generation to generation started from my great grandmother’s kitchen.
The secret is in the salsa, made with fresh fire-roasted home-grown tomatoes and a tasty explosive combination of special spices make the perfect amount of heat. Our food truck would consist of Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, Machaca, Tacos, Burritos, Nachos and daily specials.
We make our own totopos fresh daily plain or using food coloring paste for a variety of colored totopos. We paint the color on the tortillas, dry for an hour then cut and fry. You can use different herb/spices, make your own favorites or have fun experiment with new flavors. One of our most requested is Machaca made from the choice cuts of beef.
This cut comes from the front section of the backbone which has the perfect lean-to-fat ratio. Simply put, it is a shredded version of dried beef with a proper seasoning. This is very versatile, used in a taco, a stuffed burrito, or homemade stew adding some tortillas, beans or rice on the side.
Chloe Guacamole Mission Statement: Our commitment to provide fresh daily authentic Mexican cuisine outside of Mexico using the best ingredients, to exceed our customers’ expectations at the lowest possible price.3- AshtonI would like to have an affordable fly-fishing company for my business portfolio project.
As I stated in my introduction post, I love spending time outdoors and one of my favorite recreational activities is fly fishing. For those who don’t fish, just using traditional fishing gear can be quite expensive.
However, fly fishing gear is substantially more expensive. For one fly (lure), prices can range from anywhere between $5-20. And in order to effectively fish any body of water, it is commonplace to have more than 2 dozen flies at your disposal.
The idea behind GT Fly Fishing is to have affordable fly-fishing gear accessible to anyone and everyone. Offering flies in value packages at an affordable price will allow beginners to be able to get their fly stuck in a tree or under a rock and not have to stress about making another small investment at Bass Pro Shop just to lose it again.
GT Fly Fishing can be found in Cabellas, Bass Pro Shop, Dick’s Sporting Goods, as well as their own ecommerce website.GT Fly Fishing Mission Statement: To rally the new generation of fly fishermen/women with affordable gear, without compromising quality.
