Business Questions
DUE DATE IS BY JUNE 15th 10:59 pm EST My internship position is a business analyst position where I will be using power Bi and excel to build dashboards. My main task is to learn the business and the key performance indicators while learning new power Bi and excel techniques.
My Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for supporting the Customer Relations Department’s continuous improvement projects such as:
1) Power BI Key Performance Indicator Dashboard project:
This project will require to work with all managers including the leadership team to gather and combine all relevant department KPI data sources, create a dashboard in line with Manager’s requirements, publish the dashboard to the Teams/SharePoint site, as well as standardize and document the process for continued publication of the business Key Performance Indicators.
2) SharePoint Credit Memo Request portal project:
This project will focus on the development of a new SharePoint page dedicated to the collection, routing, and storage of Credit Memo requests. This project will require the Business Analyst Intern to learn Microsoft Power Apps in order to build the form and webpage on the Quality SharePoint site. This project also requires learning Microsoft Power Automate to create the relevant workflow to Get Manager’s approval via electronic signature and push the work via email to the appropriate department involved. Finally, User training and documentation (screenshot user manual and webpage setup explanation) will need to be delivered to complete this project.
