· Evaluate and participate in each activity run by BAPTIST CARE NT like the Food for Life program or School program. · Discuss with the supervisor/staff and processes involved at BAPTIST CARE NT fundraising activity.
· Create and maintain relationship with clients by constant interaction.
· Be updated with the events and plan activities of the organisation by interacting with both the supervisor and staff members.
3. Obtain and improve skills, capacity and knowledge in community development and understand the flow of activity from preparation(logistics) to actual community service in different communities. · To develop exceptional communication, interpersonal and team building skills by engaging with the clients while providing service delivery to them by applying the skills of good listening as well as with a non-judgemental and positive mindset.
· Observe the flow of activity by putting myself for the warehouse activity (handling the pallets, loading the shelves of the food pantry bus) and administrative works.
· Collaborate with warehouse staff members to maintain the standards of the products stored in the warehouse.

· Getting feedbacks from the supervisor by completing placement performance reviews to find out my progress and competencies in community activities.

5. To identify and apply the service delivery system, code of ethics, and community engagement. · Abide by the guidelines set by BAPTIST CARE NT with decency and transparency. · Assessing service delivery system by applying organisational code of conducts.

· Familiarising with BAPTIST CARE NT’s code of conducts to have a better understanding of situations that may pose ethical or moral issues.
