In this project, you will do a business case study analysis in the form of a narrated PowerPoint presentation to address one Course Outcome. The Unit 4 Assignment Template is available for download. In your investigation of your chosen case study, you will find the following material useful: Case Analysis: A Guide. This task will necessitate extensive interpreting abilities. To prepare, read through this Case Analysis Guide. Make a checklist out of the grading rubric. To analyze your chosen company’s external (Part 1) and internal (Part 2) environments, use the following criteria: Scenario: To research, go to the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program website and pick an award-winning organization. As a business case, you will assess the “”Award Application Summary.

Explain how the strategic analysis methods in Chapter 3 of your textbook can assist your chosen organization in developing a forward-thinking strategy. Explain what the macro-environment is, how to analyze it, and why it’s important for strategy formulation. To substantiate your thoughts, opinions, and ideas, use theories, principles, and concepts from diverse research resources (see pages 50–53 in your textbook). Conduct a PESTEL analysis and select three strategically relevant aspects per PESTEL component that may have an impact on your chosen company’s long-term future, such as its strategic vision and mission, objectives, and business model (pages 50–53 in your textbook).
