REVISION: I am very unhappy with the quality of the paper, there is only 1 reference in the text of the paper, this is not mastering level work, The English is awful. An example: ‘compassionate leaders’ (punctuation error) one most essential trait is the ability to learn, relearn and adjust in their daily organizational functions as the leaders in the organisation,’ that is 3 thins and the last 6 words are unnecessary. ‘They live with the understanding that however much they are overall….’ that does not make sense. -include the topic and answer the question with a steer on compassionate leadership being the answer. -Reference IN THE TEXT the reference list is meaningless if it is not embedded throughout the work. I really can’t see how this will work the quality is so poor Please steer the focus to compassionate leadership – utilizing literature from Professor Michael West. Please utilize the below texts into the body (paraphrased and referenced)
