Outline of a Marketing Plan
For your project, you must create something new. There are two better options than creating a completely new product or service. One option is to tweak an existing product or service (for example, by adding new features) and target a specific market. Another possibility is to introduce something novel to a market (e.g., bring a new franchise or open a new store at Mankato). To obtain the necessary information, you must conduct some research (e.g., online) (e.g., numbers). Keep in mind that all of your discussions should be focused on your new product and the target market you’ve chosen.
There is no minimum number of pages required for each section, but your report must cover all of the following topics, and your analysis must be specific and detailed. If you miss any of them, your grade will suffer.

You must also describe how your service plan manages demand and capacity, such as differentiating offerings and prices based on the time of day, day of week, and season of the year; adjusting locations, employee numbers, and/or operating hours to meet demand; and so on.
