Article 1
We can observe that the current market is being highly competitive and people are trying to come up with new ideas in the market. We can see that there are various organizations like Apple, Google, and many more which are highly trending in the market. These organizations are highly trending in the market and working in these organizations keeps employees motivated. These are the organizations that have a proper vision and it helps the employees in having a clear idea about the goals and objectives of the business. By this, the employees will not only be working for the salaries but they will be working with a desire to prove themselves and will perform better. Organizations with a proper vision help the employees to work with some purpose. Working with a company with a strong vision helps the employees to be more creative and efficient. It not only helps in the growth of the company but also leads to the development of employees (Jeroen, 2021).
Certain organizations do not have a vision, and they work with short-term goals. When employees join these companies, they will not able to tie their work with the company in the future as their work is unclear. In these companies, the employees will be carrying out their activities just with a motto of getting salaries and short-term benefits. Once these employees get a job from other companies with a clear vision, then they will not take much time to shift to that company. There will not be a proper motivation for the individuals who are working in companies that do not have a vision statement. By this, it can be said that the employees can perform better and with complete satisfaction when they are associated with the vision statement (Chang, 2020).

Article 2
Having a strong vision provides the company with a sense of purpose and direction to its business. The vision helps it to define its short-term goals and guides its decision along the way. The employees who work in such organizations are empowered and taken ahead together by the business. The employees are appreciated and valued as they are the main resources to realize the vision. The company takes care of its employees and their concern in order to achieve its goals and succeed in the long run. Therefore, a company having a strong vision greatly impacts its employees as compared to the company that has a weak, vague or unclear vision.
Every company needs to have a vision statement because without a vision, the company would be like swimming in circle that is bound to sink eventually. If I were to choose between a company that has a vision or not then I would choose to be in a company that has a strong vision because it means that the company has clearer path on what it wants to achieve in the future. Vision statement is a description of what the organization wants to achieve, intends and aspires to be in the future. It keeps the company going and also, the employees. Its something that employees hold on to. A company should have a vision because it helps define the core reason why a company exist. There should be a reason for its establishment and an employee does not work in a company without a reason, right? It needs to have a reason; its a necessity because that is how a work because meaningful. It gives employees clarity and sets the stage for improved decision making, employee the right employees who values the same vision statement with the company and targeting the right customers.
