Section One Overview: 90 points
Introduction:
Tell us about the organization that you are working with.Things to think about including:

- What type of products or services the company produces
- The company’s missions and values
- Target market information
- The competitive environment
- What current issues the organization is facing
Consumer Behavior:
How can understanding consumer behavior help the company meet its goals?
Research Objective:
This is your research question. What do you want to discover during your qualitative research?
Look at topic ideas and make them specialized to the organization that you chose.
Section 2 Research Methods and Themes: 95 points
Research Methods:
In this section, please explain the research methods that you chose. This is your in-
depth interview section.
Description of the Methods:
Please attach a list of your questions and answers at the end of the paper. For this section, describe a little bit about why you chose some of the questions, how you interviewed the person (in-person, over the phone).
Overview of themes that you found:
This is where you analyze any themes that you found in your interviews. For the sake of this paper, you can pretend that each person you interviewed represents about ten people, so you can actually address the themes and answers that you received.
Research Shortcomings:
Based off of your experience with this qualitative research assignment, did you find that you had a bias? Obviously, you will have wanted to include more research.
Section 3: Results & Recommendations 100 points
Recommendations/Results Section:
Based off of the themes that you discovered, what types of concepts did you learn? Please link what you learned to concepts and key terms in your textbook. Make sure to include at least two core key concepts from the class and explain how they relate to your research findings.
Future Uses:
Here you can talk about how the organization could further use this
research. Could they use it to create a quantitative survey? Could they use it to test out
some marketing message ideas?
