• Involvement of people: The active involvement of people in the project ensures smooth finishing of the project. This ensures that people are taking active initiatives in carrying out the project. Also, people feel connected to the project.
• Process approach: As the term indicates is the methods that are used or can be used to successfully and smoothly carry out the project. The process relates to the different ideas, techniques or methods that can be used to complete the project.
• System approach: System relates to the technology used in carrying out the project. So the system chosen must be efficient to complete the project.
Also, the system should be able to record or save the data in the database for further reference in the future. The system must be capable of detecting errors in the methods or techniques used for the betterment of the project.
