Question 1: A highly successful real estate broker skilfully persuades his clients to advertise their house at a selling price that is 10% less than its market worth. This means that the broker earns a somewhat smaller commission on each sale, but he makes more sales per month, resulting in a higher profit. Examine the scenario critically using Ethical Egoism and John Stuart Mill’s beliefs, comparing and contrasting the two perspectives in depth.
