a) To provide marketable skills to these individuals by giving them proper training,
b) To build network
c) To decrease the marginalization of high-risk members of the community
d) Contributing members of our community through a variation of services that include:
i) Counseling, education, tattoo removal, job training, mental services and placement.
4) I am evaluating this program because I wanted to determine if the program has had an impact.
