As a matter of fact, training gives the employees the chance to develop new skills, learn about updates in their area, and produce more effectively. By arranging training sessions, organizations will help to address the shortcomings and weaknesses of the performance, the training will also help to increase the strengths of the individuals (Importance of training and development in an organization).Training is most of the times neglected by some organizations, unless the human resources department persists on it and make it a priority. Indeed, the human resources manager has a vital role in implementing a training process, as he knows that the employees represent the most valuable assets for the organization, and that he should help them use all their potential. Human resource department can help ensure the success of the training of the employees by ensuring continuous training and evaluate their work quality. The human resources department must also make sure that the training program was useful for the employees by asking them about their feedback and how much they learned from the training they received (Role of HR in a successful training and development process).eLearning provides the ability to improve the skills of the employees in real time. In fact, the corporate eLearning saves on time, by helping on focusing on the most important business operations. Besides, the eLearning is great for the personalized training process, offering employees the possibility to develop their skills, even from the comfort of their homes (Dynamics & Dynamics, 2021).For my current organization, I would suggest that we need more training sessions. In fact, we do have a reimbursement tuition program to encourage us take more classes related to our field, or any class that we believe help us improve any of our skills. But I am looking forward to the training session we will receive related to a new program we will be using.post 2: The learning process is about incorporating new skills into a career where technological advancements are required regularly. Employees who receive the appropriate training are more productive, efficient, and satisfied in their jobs. Within an organization, there are many different roles, and the people who fill them must understand how you expect them to perform. For each job role, a training program is required. A one-size-fits-all approach will leave some people without critical information, which will lead to problems in the future. Creating a training program in the workplace is a benefit to the employee, and the organization can benefit from the employee’s output. A Training Needs Analysis is a step in the project life cycle’s discovery process that can change an organization’s approach to learning. Without a Training Needs Analysis, a critical step in the initiation and development stages of project planning would be missed, and it could result in a reduction in the need for additional resources down the road. Organizations have prioritized eLearning to provide effective, guided training for their remote teams during the pandemic. Online learning now offers continuous access, is paced for individual students, and adapts to organizational schedules rather than the other way around. This overcomes common challenges like being too expensive, inefficient, time-consuming, impossible to scale, and difficult to measure. Self-paced digital learning is highly adaptable, with the ability to be adjusted and updated to meet changing skill requirements. It’s simple to provide training in a standardized system across large organizations, and it’s scalable. It further allows the organization to receive individual feedback on the well-being and performance of all employees at a fraction of the cost of traditional instructor-led training. When it comes to effectively leading teams and organizations in today’s manufacturing industry, it’s becoming more apparent that learning new technologies evolving in the industry is a constant requirement for better performance. By holding group training sessions, and technical lectures from other organizations, and allowing us to learn from field visits when necessary, our company allows us to stay in a constant state of learning. Because we are in the process of upscaling our manufacturing scales, our company has an exclusive need for technical knowledge. As a result, employees and the workplace have become a continuous learning cycle for me.
