After completing the assigned readings (Chapter 3: The Ethical and Social Responsibilities of Entrepreneurs) answer the following discussion questions.
- Referring to Table 3.3 (Links to an external site.) listing cases of corporate fraud, which company example do you think is one of the worst examples of unethical conduct? Is this because it involved the most money stolen, the most people cheated, or the most devious methods?
- How will you ensure that your organization learns to develop and deliver products and services that reduces your carbon footprint? Discuss the strategies towards corporate social responsibilities that you will take.

A company that has one of the worst proven unethical conduct is Coca Cola. Coca Cola has been subject to accusations for racial discrimination, distributing conflicts, pollution, and health concerns. In addition it’s because of the devious methods because they were accused of depletion of natural resources. I will ensure that my organization develops very safe protocol, imply to the business and employees that this company isn’t avaricious for money. The strategies I will take towards social responsibilities are getting criticism from my target consumers.

The worst example of unethical conduct to me is the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico because if affected the water and animals which affected people. People had to risk there lives trying to fix the spill and help the animals. Property was also damaged during this oil spill.
I will use recycled t shirts to reduce my carbon footprint along with the cotton fleece material I use for my hoodies and sweatpants. This will help lessen some of the damage that making clothes are doing to the environment along with what is going on in the factories. For my facility I want to open I will use solar pads for energy which will help the environment according to (Marsh, 2021). It also will
- Reduce/eliminate electric bills
- Improve the value of your facility
- Reduce your carbon emissions
- Protect yourself against rising energy costs
- Earn money back on your investment
In the facility will also be recycling bins to recycle the bottles etc that are in the facility.
