Dealing with the bosses can somehow be tricky but as a junior employee, one should always be careful and tactful whenever dealing with the boss. When trying to point out when the boss is not right. It is key to use example when found in such a situation where you are needed to explain yourself tactfully. This will allow you to explain how the situation was, what you did right to address the situation and how it ended ultimately with the positive result. This will give the boss some concrete behavioral answers on how you are able to handle the situations (Guffey & Loewy, 2012). The response to the boss should be done politely and diplomatically since it will be unrealistic to pretend that correcting the boss will never happen. It is key to keep in mind that an employee should not always question their employer and that’s why it is prudent to always explain that the situation when you questioned your boss was rare and you ended up telling your boss about it tactfully. Whenever explaining the situation, you have to think critically and give out how the situation directly affected the team’s ability to complete the task successfully. This will also show how easily the situation turned into a very positive experience situation to the boss whether it was done in private or in public space as this will show how thoughtful the employee is and how careful he is when it comes to communication
It is good not to speak negatively of the employer even when you are able to notice a mistake the boss made and only try to explain that such times were rare and keep on explaining the result achieved from the conversation and how the error was correcte3d thus helping the company achieve the desired results. It is key to skillfully structure the responses, describe the situation and the challenges involved. Persuasion is integral part of convincing someone to accept whatever you are sharing with them. The skills to use persuasion to convince other people is critical for professi9onal success in any field (Du-Babcock, 2006). Interviewers are mostly interested mostly in the attitude and the skills that’s why it is important to demonstrate the ability and use persuasion to convince others. In my first job as an account manager in an insurance firm, the whole task was about persuasion as we were selling a promise and a dream to people rather than a fixed product. It was all about risky investment opportunities. I had to explain the prospects, opportunities and vision of the future, it was like telling them about how the investment will change their lives in 15 years’ time. I had to give visualization, and also give what the dream is about. I never scored badly, and I managed to convince my clients easily. If I did not succeed, I would not sit here today with you, interviewing for a great job.

If my supervisor reaches out to me and says that my work wasn’t up to mark, but I know that I have done my best to address the task at hand, I would try and understand where my supervisor is coming from. I would ask her for details on what exactly my work was lacking, so I can address them. I would make notes on what my supervisor wants me to do and repeat it in front of him or her, so I can get verification that I understand her expectations quite clearly. If I still feel that my work has addressed all his or her concerns, I would try to explain my work to him or her point by point, relate her expectations to what I had done, and try to make him or her understand that my work was up to expectations. I would also leave some wiggle room for her to make suggestions on improvement and I would implement them and ask my supervisor to review again. Thinking back on my previous work experience, I was responsible for address one of the changes and test it to see that it was working appropriately. I had some disagreements with my coworker regarding the methods I would use to test the change. I was quite sure that the method I had in mind to test the change was most ideal, so I went ahead and tested the change my way. I could provide evidence that the change was working, and my coworker was convinced that my way worked.
