Event planning has become a crucial factor for any company looking to expand its reach. Promotional events are now an essential part of any marketing strategy. Carefully organized events allow businesses to communicate with current and potential customers and supporters on a more personal level.
The success or failure of a company is largely decided by the events it sponsors.
The organization of all parts of an event, including budgeting and program preparation, is known as event planning. An event is similar to a live stage show in terms of design and production.
There is no going back once the event has started. There is no assurance that the event will go off without a hitch; but, event planners may plan, prepare, and be ready for the unexpected (Allen, 2000, KE Holley,2001).

You must write a proposal for your client that includes the following items:

This is an individual assignment in which you must select one of the event themes provided with your lecturer’s agreement.
You must write a report of 3000 words, plus or minus 10%.
For all arguments, it must be backed up with academic literature reviews on the issue.
The report must be written in the following format:– Please use a 1.5 line space when typing.
– Each paragraph is separated by two lines.
– Use a 12 point Times Roman font.
– Your assignment’s pages must be properly numbered and justified.
