BOX 2.4 REVIEW OF SYSTEMS: INTERVIEW OF HEALTH HISTORY
State of health in general Fatigue, weakness, malaise, discomfort, normal activity, fever, and chills are all symptoms that can occur.
Nutrition and hydration are essential. a history of illnesses that put you at risk for malnutrition or obesity Nausea and vomiting are common side effects. Dehydration, dry skin, fluid excess with shortness of breath, or edema in the feet and legs are all things to look out for. Dietary habits that are beneficial to one’s health.
Skin, hair, and nails are all parts of the human body. An illness of the skin, hair, or nails. Rash, itching, pigmentation or texture changes, lesions, perspiration, dry skin, hair loss or texture changes, brittle or thin nails, and thick or yellow nails are just a few of the symptoms that might occur.
