Use this link to access your discussion board assignment for this module, or you can access it directly through the “discussion board” link on the left of the page.DISCUSSION BOARDS AND REPLIES: Discussion board posts, and discussion with other students, are integral parts of the course learning experience. Students will be required to post an initial SUBSTANTIVE post that fully answers the question or discusses the prompt. Most of the information should come from professional sources, and therefore all initial posts MUST include citations in text and the full reference at the bottom for sources used (replies should as well if sources are used and/or referenced). You then supply your own thoughts and application, but it should be clear what is yours and what is from a source (again, correctly cited).
Students are encouraged to use the textbook as well as other professional sources. Do not use sources such as Wikipedia, Simply Psychology, etc. and other non-professional “general public” type sources. These will not be accepted as sources, and will result in a deduction of points.
Additionally, students must reply to at least two other students. These replies must also be substantive and go beyond “good job” or “I agree”. Remember the board is a discussion board. Initial posts should be at least 250 words, and replies at least 100 words.
