Case study -solution

This is a case study, so I don’t want an introduction or conclusion. Just follow EXACTLY what’s written on the document I attached CLEARLY and include everything.
-The first part of the attached picture explains the 5 steps we should do. 1) regocnize the problem 2) define the problem 3) find four or five solutions to the problem 4) Select the best preffered solution 5) Adpot and implement the solution
-In step 4, explain each solution CLEARLY, talk about the GOOD and BAD things cuz each solution has to have both good and bad, and show the consequences.
-I want each step to be in a different paragraph, so basically total of 5 big paragraphs with detailed explanation. Exception: For step 4, I want each solution to be in a different paragraph, meaning step 4 will be the longest one.
