What ideas do you now have to form a team in order to improve the quality and performance of your organization if you were the advanced practice nurse leader? For this assignment, compile the findings from your interviews and write a report. Remember, the process you are learning in this course will prepare you for the work to be done in your proposal for the DNP Scholarly Project later, and the interview reports will be one of the important evidences as you start preparing for the project.
