What is the value of this task? Over the past nine weeks, you have learned how the 10 qualifications are necessary to succeed in the world of work in the future. In assignment 2, you began to think about your talents and goals and how the 10 skills helped you to achieve achieve them. Your comprehension of the skills has been developed and now it is time to reflect back on your strengths and growth areas to further construct a plan.
For this task, you will identify three abilities you want to concentrate on and plan for. These may be the three competencies you have written about in assignment 1 or three new competences. When you think about what talents you want to improve, consider considering skills at different levels. For instance, you may choose a skill in which you are already strong, but would be thrilled to continue exploring and expanding on it as well as an ability to grow. At the end of the job, you will start with the commencement of a tangible personal and professional growth plan that you can discuss with the Career Center team.
Your goal is to practice your communication skills by utilizing the Template 3 to establish a plan of skill development to support successful learning and career. It is crucial to write using your own words and do not rip and paste from the Skills Definition table or any other source to properly develop your communication skills. Steps to finish: At week 9, prepare and submit your Three Skills Development Plan with the following steps:
STEP 1: Identify the specific ability. Resume your strengths and areas of improvement in this area of expertise. Next, identify your intended results and make a positive statement of your goal.
