Thus, this association has work together in which social data is used in a helpful way for further progression of securities and operational data. Since the company is made they are in a business of collecting data that is used in a constructive way for further development of operational system securities and data. The company uses some information system that helps them in current business operations. The whole business of the company is depending on the collection of data from different sources that are used in different ways as per the specification of clients. Thus, the business of the company depends on the collection and development of data. Therefore, this process should be accurate, error free and intricate in nature. The overall business of the company is depending on web analytics. There is minimal margin of error is present in process of data. A proper full proof manner is required for the collection and analysis of data.
A description of current outsourcing and off shoring activities.
Currently, there is no outsourcing and off shoring activities of the company they are managing their business operation at their own end. But for the extended business operations and expected growth it would be a good option for a company if they outsource and offshore their business activities to different countries to get benefit from less cost would be applied form it. In the coming 18 months the company is expected to grow their business as they anticipated therefore they must redesign their business in which they expand their business to different countries (Atkinson, 1999). As in this high technological world now a business that is operated in one country can be expanded to other countries as well in which not only they will increase their number of clients but also lessen the burden of operational cost as well. The benefit of opening the business in this region is that low wages will be given to employees as compare those who are hired in the office of developed country (Pedersen, 2010). Setting an office in India will cut the cost and save the money the main office or the regional office is the USA while the operational office where the task must be completed under the direction of our heads will be in India. In this way the company will be able to expand their business rapidly at both markets of both developed and underdeveloped countries (Marin, 2010).
