These storms grow within one, humid air mass, and can be devastating to locations where they make landfall, as we learned from textbook readings. You will be analyzing data from the 2019 Atlantic hurricane season, tracking several storms, and answering questions in this lab practice.
To begin, do the following:

On your worksheet, answer questions 1-3. (each worth 10 points)
Hurricane Tracking: Using the NOAA Hurricane Tracking Chart, trace the tracks of the hurricanes on the list for the 2019 season from the NHC website. By clicking on the individual hurricanes on the website, you can acquire the information you need. Each Hurricane should have a line with a daily plot point from formation to dissipation. For each plotted point, include notations such as the date of formation, the date of dissipation, and the strength on the Saffir Simpson Scale. For each hurricane plotted, a new color or symbol should be used, and the information should be included in a legend on the chart. (You get 50 points)
