Description / paper instructions
It’s should be a care plan antepartum OB. Put it 2 nursing diagnostic an one nursing intervention
You are asked to write a management report which summarizes your analysis and contains a recommendation concerning a business and financial plan related to a potential investment opportunity in a small enterprise.
Specifically, assume that you are an equity analyst for a financial institution which, on behalf of its pension fund and investment trust clients, is considering making a long-term investment in a small business enterprise, using an industry based asset allocation model. The financial institution specializes in offering capital growth stocks within a ‘passive’ investment strategy, but also favors the use of ‘fundamental analyses for a selection of ‘core portfolio’ share investments. The financial institution is only interested in long-term capital gains and is not planning to sell the investment in the short term. It can only buy a few specified small businesses under review.
You are asked to initially select one of five possible business opportunities identified in the sample plans available at http://www.bplans.com/sample_business_plans.php
Prepare a brief research report to the financial institution, making recommendations about a potential investment opportunity the financial institution should consider making an investment (for a pre-specified industry sector-details given separately). Your report should address the following questions:
- Review the current and future economic conditions affecting the relevant industry, and explain why they are relevant to each firm’s business and regulatory environment.
- Based on a qualitative review of the existing information contained in the business plan, including the financial plan evaluate the overall business philosophy and long-run stated corporate objectives of the business opportunity
- Identify any sources of risks that are likely to affect the business ability to achieve its long-term profit planning and business sustainability objectives identified in part 2. Also identify accounting policy choices that have either been already made or assumed, or likely to be faced in the near future, which may significantly affect the quality of the future prospects of the company (like introduction of VAT).
- Report presentation and structure in report style (i.e. table of contents, executive summary, headings, introduction, conclusion, clearly marked sub-headings, and diagrams/attachments)
NOTES:
- In answering requirements 1 and 2, you should not consult any materials produced by the firms themselves other than those referred to above, nor contact the company.
- As Part of your answer to requirement 1, you may find it helpful to calculate, on an industry sector basis, summary financial ratios and some historical trend analysis.
- There is considerable scope for original thinking, particularly in parts 2 and 3. Carefully state and justify any assumptions you feel are necessary in arriving at your results.
- The total word limit for this coursework assignment is between 1500 and 2000 words.
- Your research report should be divided into 5 major sections to address each of the questions above, and additionally include a brief introduction and conclusion.
- Additional marks for outstanding word will be based on presentation, depth of analysis and quality of argument in terms of its logical flow. Additional marks will be awarded for intelligent use of academic literature.
- This coursework assignment should reflect original thinking and analysis.
The comprehensive nursing care plan is a holistic view of the client’s needs, priorities and concerns during each phase of the maternal child health experience. Review the case scenario for each phase of the women’s experience and complete a care plan from a holistic perspective. Please review the rubric to guide the completion of each care plan.
