Introduction- Resource persons are always a part of any and every successful learning process and work experience. In my career as a nurse, I have somewhat relied on the contributions of a few resource persons in making adjustments. Resource persons were also useful to me in my learning experiences during my BSN program. In this program, I have a couple of professionals who can help to achieve my academic and career goals.

Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse:
Notes:
I see Crystal as an individual who is a part of my support and success in the pursuit of my graduate scholar program at University. Crystal is a very patient, encouraging, and deeply passionate individual. Crystal has an open-door policy and is
just a telephone away and this makes her so outstanding in doing her enrollment job. Crystal delivers her duty so well to agree with all the missions and visions of University, and her work ethic has inspired me to be a part of the success. Right
from the beginning of my enrolment into University, Crystal has been so supportive, encouraging, and even guided me through the resources and portals on the website. The most amazing part is the way she follows up and checks on me to make sure that I do not miss anything before the start of this course. She stands out in her supportive nature as she would always say to me that I could call on her whenever I need her.?

Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse:
Notes:
Dr. F practices his work at the University Hospital and Rutgers Medical School, and he is deeply passionate about neonatal care. He is also willing to take up any challenge and is ready to teach nurses, medical students and faculty members about current trends in neonatal care. I have worked with him in the NICU for about 7 years and is always encouraging staff on their career advancement. He was a good resource person during my BSN program as he is always willing to help no matter the time. When I made up my mind to get into this program, I hinted him of it and all he could say is that I admire your courage by swinging from pediatrics/newborn nurse to psychiatry of this magnitude. Each time he sees me, he will ask me how I am getting along and assured of his willingness to assist and support me whenever I call on him.NETWORK MEMBER 3
