Many people have differnt moods
Bipolar disorder is a state of mind that leads to different mood swings. This swings may either be high at times and other times may be low. For example, when one gets stressed, it may be a case whereby an individual feels low (Naylor & et al., 2016). For instance, they may also feel high, that is, full of energy or euphoric. When changes occur in one’s moods, effects may be felt in their sleep, energy, activity, judgement, behavior and their different abilities of thinking. Bipolar disorder generally has effects on a person’s mood swings. Episodes of moods may be at different times. Some individuals may have different feelings at different times of the year while others may have feelings within short period of times. Some individuals may not have mood swings. This indicates that every individual have a different feeling with each other at different times depending on their current situation.
Young adults mainly go through this,because their trying to get their life together
The main symptoms of bipolar disorder are mania or hypomania or depression (Naylor & et al., 2016). When such symptoms occur to an individual, there is a high likelihood of having changes in moods and behavior. When such happens in life, there is a high likelihood of facing difficult situation in life.
Another reason I believe they go through this is depression
For example, when one has depression disorder, there is a high likelihood that the person has high levels of loneliness. Further, it is possible that feelings of sadness and tearfulness with the person. Also, small issues may cause frustrations and irritation. Depression disorder may cause one to have sleeping disorder or even sleeping too much. Some individuals may feel unworthy in all activities they do. For example, if one is employed, it is possible that their duties may show unworthiness and unacceptance. With reference to age, depression disorder may have effect on performance of students. Some may fail giving full attention to their studies.
