DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE:
The course looks at how government policies affect business development at the local, state, and federal levels.
It discusses major international trade treaties, trading blocs, and international organizations at the national and international levels.
The impact of globalization on government involvement in business and financial institutions
Along the way, issues of governance, planning, and economic development will be discussed.
Topics covered include international trade regimes, as well as the ethical implications of trade.
Interactions and roles between government and business, as well as applications to the government-business relationship
