This essay addresses your understanding of Christology with a focus on one particular aspect of Christology. This assignment affords you the opportunity to clarify your understanding of a particular theological issue within Christology, to analyze the issue, and to communicate your analysis in writing. See your research as opportunities to enter into the ‘theological discussion’ concerning your topic. You will become academically informed and conversant on the issue you are addressing.
The research should show by references that the student has consulted the textbooks and other academic sources. This paper should be 1500-2000 words. All written work must be typed, double-spaced, in proper grammatical form, notes and references in proper Turabian format.
Explain the Person and work of Jesus, with a particular focus on one aspect, such as incarnation, atonement, mission, or teachings and actions.
