What should could be done?
- Do nothing and observe to see if things improve or decline
- Confront the conflict
- Set some ground rules for the team and hope things change
- Meet individually with each team member and gain an understanding of their issues – everyone will feel better if they have talked about their problems with you and you will know what others think and feel
- Meet with the entire group to sort out the issues
- None of the above
Understanding- Why did the problems occur?
People are more likely to be committed to the task if they understand their contribution and it is meaningful for them.

Models assist to unpack and explain as well as examine in a researched manner what has happened. They provide an informed language to explore issues uncovered.
These also enable ANALYSIS theoretically as to what has occurred and why.
