Learner Log Book
LLB
I. INSTRUCTIONS
The Learner’s Log Book (LLB) is used to record a learner’s accomplishments in a central repository that may be used as evidence of the learning process’ efficacy. It’s a’monitoring tool’ that e-tutors use to keep track of individual students’ progress and ensure that they:
Are interested in what they’re learning.
They are experimenting by completing the tasks that the e-tutor has assigned to them.
Because learners must be engaged on a constant basis, the informal assessment can be utilized to guarantee consistency with the main formal evaluation.
Allow e-Tutors to get to know their students, evaluate them, and guide them appropriately.
There are templates that will reflect whether learners read, absorb, and assimilate content, whether they acquire inquiry skills, whether they have the ability to conduct critical thinking, and whether they can reflect on what they’ve learned by applying it to real-life circumstances.
After each unit based on the Read and Analyze Activity, learners are primarily responsible for filling out the required information in the templates. They must e-mail the template back to the e-Tutor after filling out the information.
At the end of the module, the E-Tutor will comment on the work done and the interaction that takes place, as well as give overall impressions of the learners.
