Then you utilize that information to figure out where you want to be in ten years and what measures you need to take to get there. This task will assist you in discovering your present strengths and shortcomings. The order of planning in the paper is a reflection of your existing abilities and knowledge first, followed by 10-year goals, and finally 5-year goals. The goal of this order is to help you figure out where you are today and where you want to go in ten years.
