Conceptual Frameworks in Programs Assignment Discussion
I’m working on a social science question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.
Please review the lecture on Program Theory. Explain the saliency of developing programs that are rooted in theory/conceptual framework? Explain why programs can sway from their theoretical/conceptual framework that guides their program? Can having a larger agency compared to small agency make a difference in being aligned to a theoretical frame? Also, can addressing a multitude of issues also impact the theoretical/conceptual framework, if yes, how?
