Influencing Leaders to Resolve Conflict Paper
interpreting results for MANOVA. I have included my SPSS output in here. I am trying to see if my hypothesis is correct. I was attempting to see if socioeconomic status affected the number of hours a high school student spends studying and whether school-arranged mentors are helpful for these students. Your analysis of the situation leads you to believe that the parties should mediate the dispute. Share the approach you would use to motivate the parties towards mediation.
Discuss how the leadership skills and abilities such as coaching, communicating, involving others, motivating, rewarding, and promotion of team work can be used to motivate people involved in conflict toward resolution. What skills would you find essential as the mediator to influence the managers to become involved in mediation?
Review three peer-review journal articles concerning organizational change and the importance of specific leadership skills and abilities necessary for successful organizational change. Apply these specific leadership skills and abilities to the mediation process and describe how the skills could lead to change in the conflict resolution process. Your paper should be 1,050 – 1,400 words in length and follow APA 6th edition guidelines for in-text citations and references.
References and citations along with details of rubic for an A+ and discussion questions attached. Focus on reflective and transformative mediation methods. Feel free to use other peer reviewed articles as well or in place of if you aren’t finding what you need. SP allows only 5 at a time so I’ll upload rest when accepted.
